Lamentable como se ha portado Air Europa con Enrique Dans.
Pero ¿cómo se os ocurre tratar así a la gente, a vuestros clientes !!! ?
Parece que os toca mejorar un montón si quereis que volemos con vosotros !!!!!!
A mi me parece que lo mínimo que se merece es una disculpa pública ....

I teach @ Esade & UPF. My interests are focused on innovation, Open Innovation, innovation policy and the involvement of users in the innovation process and in the intersection between IT & Innovation. My research deals with questions like how companies can capture value in Open Innovation Spaces, the role of complexity, … and of course User Involvement.
